Philadelphia Backlog Elimination Center Tracking

Need some advice

Hi all,

I am awaiting my Labor approval and was told by my company's lawyer that they responded to a 45 day letter in Feb, but have not heard any more. From reading this forum it seems that you all are able to get a lot more information on your case by contacting the PBEC. I would like to do that as well but I do not have my case number and my co.'s attorneys will not give it to me (company policy). Is there any way I can get my case number or the status of my case without the case number?

Moved to regional in 8/2004
45 day received in 2/2005
responded 2/2005

Mine is also April 2002, eb2/rir from VA, same as yours, do you think mine also got cetified?? is there a number i can call and find out??

Case received 9/04
45DL: Dec24, 04

My status is still RIR now. It seems most cases in VA are not as quick as MD now. I seldom see VA approvals these days except for lucky ones.

Update from my end:
Checked my status with BEC. PD 03/29/2002. Case status: RIR . Case source shows "State" although I am sure that my lc went to Phily Regional from Maryland State. I hope it doesn't affect the way they process it.

What did you send the PBEC when you requested your status? Was it just your name or did you have to send a case number as well?

Your data is partially entered and the screen shot is for you to extend your H1-B with INS. No one knows when we will be getting 45 day letter for NJ.

I agree with you.

We should to be happy and congrats to everyone who has approved not jealous. To all who feeling jealous, think this way, if someone got labor approved good for everyone here because he clears way for us to become approved. I wonder if someone whos priority date 2003 or 2004 get approved will not post here in this forum, in fear of jealous and might be someone will complain why his LC got approved mine not.

7th Year snapshot updated!

Gurus please help. Today I requested a snapshot and within 3 minutes a got a response. It was different from the one I got 2 months ago, now it has "data review" added below snapshot. What does this mean?

This is the grey area to identify when we will get the 45 dat letter notice. Some people mentioned in this forum that the labor was certified without the 45 day letter notice. Anything is possible in PBEC. I wish they have some policy for different case status in the labor processing like case under incomplete status should be moved to the next case status within 15-30 days time period.

Case status was just RIR. Responded to 45DL on 2/05. Please let me know what this means?

I remember seeing in this forum that the case status "Data Review" means received the 45 day letter reply and it is ready for further processing. I may be wrong. Please check the earlier posts.

Change the subject line to "7th Year Extension" if you are really looking for H1 extension at this time.
