My case is non RIR (TR) - You are RIR, I believe PBEC is processing Apr 2001 for RIR cases -- or at least claiming to.

my company filed my ETA 9035 for RIR on May, 2004 in harrisburg,PA
According this Shipping Schedule:

Phase Local Office Receipt Date Date Due to Center
1 Prior to January 2003 Completed On 12-31-04
2 2003 to 2004 No Later Than 03-31-05
3 2005 No Later Than 04-22-05

my case should be in Backlog Processing Center,

But I still have not got a 45 days letter yet, Is this normal?
where should I check to find out the status of my case.

I thought RIR is always better then non-RIR(i.e. TR)
but Philly is now Playing with Apr-2001 RIR and Apr-2002 non RIR, I cant be able to understand this. Folks, can you please clean the mud in my brain and help me to understand this? :cool:

I just called philly and got the same old crap. The person i spoke with said that PBEC is still processing 2001 cases. I asked for a month but he said he is not supposed to say that. I don't know if they are processing April 2001 or May 2001.

good point! Please also tell him that RIR cases stuck at Philly because they are incapable of understanding the RIR process and certify RIR cases (they are not smart enough to certify RIR cases.)
 
BTW, I think that I saw somewhere that CA regional cases with PD falls in monthes with a even # are in Philly, while odd # monthes went to Dallas. Am I right?
