My Labor is Certified today

Hard copy of labor received

Just got an email from the attorney's office that the hardcopy of my labor was received today. The online system showed my labor as certified on 1/31/07 so it took about a week to receive the paper work. Now on to premium I-140 and then 3-year extension of the H-1B.

Hi aycy,

Thanks for the info and can you tell me whether your labor is cleared and in what stage you are in now? From your description, I guess you are waiting on 140 approval. Am I right?

I was surprised to see that kind of reply from one of core members of a group I believed in and contributed for. If this is the reflection of the entire core group's thinking then I am becoming skeptical in the lobbying abilities of such a group that can't take criticism well.

I still hope it is just one person's view in the group, not of the entire group.

Anybody has any idea when a EB2 Jan-06 will be current ? 1 yr , 5 yrs and eternity ?

Whats up with the immigration bill in the Senate , any favourable outcomes of that.

Seriously considering relocation to India hence ur views appreciated.

why PBEC is not clearing its own state

I am seeing all the neigboring states labors getting certified from PBEC with PD even in 2005 why is it not clearing its own states labor with PD 2004

my PD is oct 2004 EB3 and idea or any one in same boat

Guys,
I have a PD of Nov 11 2002 and have been patiently waiting for eternity. My online tracker says "In Process". Are there other folks with similar PD and waiting. What are our options? any insights as to what might be happening will be welcome.

my pd is March, 04. I asked my lawyer why PBEC skipped my case. She told me that my case is in a slow hand. :(

Labor shows incorrect occupation field

My labor was certified recently and today I recieved a copy of the cover letter from my lawyer (Not the ETA form though). It shows the occupation field incorrectly. Is this a issue. I am an electrical engineer and it shows up as civil in the letter. Did anyone have any similar issues. Comments from ppl with similar experiences will really help. Thanks :confused:
