Close your browser, open it and then try again. Keep trying we need to do this, the site/link may be busy.

Sorry, guys I was away on a business trip

But I like the development here initiated by Venkat Kodi. Good job, venkat.

I was looking at the signature page. I notice some people are giving thier ID as name and some fake e-mail ID.

I encourage all of you, if you want to see some good results coming out of it, please identify yourself and give your real names and a real e-mail address. This is not too much to ask.

Also, those who have already received FP, it doest not hurt to sign the petiotion either. You will be helping your fellow members. Even if you already have your approvalas and just brousing this forum, please sign the petition as you know what you have gone through.

Best of luck.

Post the link somewhere which is obvious to anybody

Hi Owner of the petition,

Please put the petition link to somewhere else which is easy to find for anybody!

Thanks.

If you have applied I-485 for your spouse as well. Please ask your spouse to sign.

If we can ask spouses and others in the I485 petition also sign this then we will get more names.

Hopefully More Names = More Clout

Get your Attorneys involved

Lets get our attorneys involved too. I have sent out an email to my attorney urging him to participate in this Petition.
Please email or talk to your Attorneys. They add a lot more weight to the Petition;

Copy of email to my Attorney:-

Hello Mr. Leblang,

My I -485 was filed through your office in July 2001 with Texas Service Center. I am currently waiting for Fingerprint Notices.

After waiting patiently for well over a year for Fingerprints and in many cases over two years for Approvals from TSC, frustated I-485 filers have gotten together to file a petition. The law offices of Rajiv Khanna PC, Arlington, VA have agreed to file the Petition with the INS. The petition is available at the link below :

http://www.immigration.com/common/rsk/petition_texas.html

We, the unlucky filers at TSC have also taken the initiative to get our own Attorneys involved in putting additional pressure on the Texas Service Center to heed our requests for quicker Fingerprints / Approvals.

Individual letters from Attorneys along with copies of the Petition and Signatures comes to mind first. We would greatly appreciate your active involvement in whatever form or fashion you may deem fit. We would be obliged if you could take a little time to give some thought to our cause. Mr. Khanna can be e-mailed at rskhanna@immigration.com.

Thanking you;
