Petition for grandparent?

Hello everyone. I was wondering if there is any way to sponsor/petition for grandmother. My grandma is 80 years old and is in pretty bad health. She came here a month ago on tourist visa and I really don't want to send her back. I want to keep her here with me so I can take care of her. Is there any way for me to do it legally?

And you know this how? Assuming the OP is a LPR/USC, he/she probably has many things that prevent moving to a different country - kids, job, mortgage, etc., etc.

We all make choices. Grandmother does not qualify to live legally in the US through a petition by the grandchild. If she is to be cared for by the grandchild, the grandchild must move. It is a simply a fact of life.

She can't get insurance and doesn't qualify for Medicare, so how do you expect to pay for her health care in the US, even if she could immigrate here?
