Petition for bothers & sisters

Can a citizen file several (3) petition at once? eg: 2 sisters and 1 brother.

Anyone can answer the above please reply back ASAP.

Also how long will this process take before they rec there GC?

The USC can file for all 3 siblings and right now they are processing those who applied 6-7 yrs back. Sibling of USC is the category with the least priority and it is heavily oversubscribed for countries like Mex, Philp, China , India . Since your's is a Carribean country they are not subject to visa numbers limit so they will most likely get the GCs maybe 6yrs from now . The delays are 15+ yrs for Mex and Filipinos!

The lag time is actually 11 years ... the brother/sister cases that were filed in 1997 are just now becoming eligible for approval (except for Mexico and the Philippines, for whom the wait is even more than that).

Three mistakes here. Firstly, every F4 beneficiary is subject to visa numbers. Secondly, place of birth, and not neccessarily citizenship, determins area of chargeability. Thirdly, the wait time will be double of what you have estimated.
