What happens if the PERM application is rejected?

Can the employee file again with the same employer? How is it going to effect the employer? How is it going to effect the employee?

Please advise. This is very important.

Unless rejection cause is known, it is very difficult to answers.

If it is minor, you can always reapply.
 
Thanks.. I asked my employer to do a PERM and he spoke with the lawyer and told me that If you apply for PERM and it is rejected, it will be very difficult to re apply. The company does a lot of Govt Work and he said on occassions that they maintain their books very well. Thats why I am wondering if there is a severe setback an employee/emloyer faces because of a Denial assuming that everything in the application is genuine.
