PERM on 7th year

Guys,
Any one have any saying on this ?

When I joined my current employer, I was in 6th year and based on the pending labor certifiacte from my previous employer. We were able to transfer and extend my VISA until April 2007. I also went to canada and
had my VISA stamped until April 2007 and got I-94 valid until April 2007.

My Current employer is in the process of filing PERM before April 2006.

Last month, the labor certification that we used from previous employer to get extension, got certified. My previous employer will subsitute that labor certificate for someone
else. If that happens what will be my current status? ( I have VISA stamped and I-94 valid until April 2007 )

If it is substituted by some one else, your further extension of H1 is not possible. But you can stay upto current I 94 expiry date.
