My case is pending for 82 days today.
I am not sure what is the trend.
Where does applications filed in New York go to. ?
I have had friends getting approvals in 30 days or less.

Are there people waiting who filed electronically and are still awaiting decisions. (approvals I hope)

Audit letter on 7/05

Status changed from "Audit Review" to "In-Process" on 7/28/05.
Sent emails and they respond that it is still under process and to be patient.....It's been 12 months already.
Audit was because an incorrect filling of a question that stated that it required the employee to stay in employer premises, which was supossed to respond "no", but it was answered "yes". On the audit response it was explained and sent a revised form.....still waiting....

There was 5 other cases which were filed with my case and they got approved in leass than 3 months. Mine was filed electronically. Is there anything I can do except waiting?

My Perm EB2 labor was filed with California center in Nov 2005. Whenever I check the status it showas as in process... I asked my attornet to take up this with AILA which he agreed. There was 5 other cases which were filed with my case and they got approved in leass than 3 months. Mine was filed electronically. Is there anything I can do except waiting?

the lawyer called me today that my PERM was denied for technical error with
the on line system, not because I am not qualified , they have to repost the
advertisement,
two of my coworjers got denies several weeks ago also.

I have a question about perm application (+150 days), Does so much of wait results in audit/rejection or does anybosy knows if somebody case was approved after let's say 4,5,6 months.

Got AUDIT on Nov 10,
sent AUDIT material before 30 days limit
Yet not received any information.
Website says "In Process".
All my colleagues (who applied with me) got the certification.
Tired of waiting for approval.
Any advise.
