PERM eligibility

Dear Sirs,

I recently finished my 5th year in US. I am planning to change my job currently and join a new employer. He will be filing my case in PERM.

1. Will I be eligible to apply my green card process in PERM.

2. Will I be eligible to stay back in US, if i get my labour approved.

3. I have a Bachelor in Engineering (4 year degree) and about 3 years experience in India and 5 years in US. Will I be eligible to apply my case in EB2.

Can you give me a reply at the earliest.

2. Will I be eligible to stay back in US, if i get my labour approved.YES, but make sure your LC is filed 365 days before 6th year expires.
3. I have a Bachelor in Engineering (4 year degree) and about 3 years experience in India and 5 years in US. Will I be eligible to apply my case in EB2.

EB2 is based on your job offer(requirements) not based on your wish, experience or degree.
