PERM EB2 or EB3 ?

I have 7+ years of experience and a Bachelors(4years) in computers. All my experience is in Programming and a little bit in management. My lawyer says i cannot file in EB2 because it seems in PERM there cannot ask for 5+ years of experience for a programmer and the only allowed category is some management job. and for that my resume does not have too much of management experience.

Is this true ?? Has anyone here done an EB2 with 5+ years experience and with programming experience ?

Any help is appreciated ..
 
You will qualify

If your job title is Sr. Analyst/Programmer with requirements of MS 1 yr or BS 5 Yrs experience will qualify for EB2

planing to file PERM EB2 with BS +5

Hi

I am planing to file PERM EB2 with BS +5 years requirment. I have already EB3 in Dalas BPC.

Any one has idea when i file I-140 will i have any problem, My company is good enough in ability to pay, and has good tax return, making more then $ 5 million.

I am thinking shall i go head or wait for EB3 which is PD sept'2004.What EB2 Retrogression expected to be current by end of 2007.

Any help appreciated.
