Hi,

It is 71 days for me since I filed my application but still no communication from DOL.

filed 6/6 from Atlanta -status declined in 30 minutes. (computer rejected)
7/29 -status changed to in Process.
8/16 -71 days passes -status still in process

Any one in similar situation. Experts any comments on what can I do?

Me too in similar situation :(

filed 6/19 from Atlanta -status declined in 5 minutes.
7/29 -status changed to in Process.
No reply since then

75+ days of waiting

EB-3 Chicago

Filed on 6/1
Audit Review 6/8 - 6/24
Final Review 6/24 - 7/28
In Process 7/28 - ?????????????????

  There seems some serious problem with Chicago PERM.

55 days of waiting, Applied on: 6/22, EB3, Atlanta, Stauts: In Process

Status converted to "Final Reivew" on same day we applied (6/22). It was FR until end of July. Since then it is "In Process".

Do you all have multiple cases in PERM or another RIR or TR case pending BRC? If so then you will have wait till Aug 31 before DOL processes your application. The new rules published by DOL explicitly states that on person can not have multiple cases pending.

If however you do not have multiple cases, then you must bug your lawyer to find out what is going on. Both the centers are processing cases for people who do not have multiple cases pending.

I have just one case in all the Labor Systems combined.
No duplicates in PERM, no case in RIR / Regular (BEC), no nothing.
Just one in PERM, never got into Denied either.

Any guess ????

That is the Chicago Center.

Went thru usual AR - FR - IP stages on the rerun dates.

First time applicant, no cases at BEC, no duplicates.
No letters, no updates - just waiting - impatiently now.

People who are waiting for more than 60 days are entitled to an answer from DOL...not that they will get one, but it is worth it a try. Here are the new email addresses published a few days ago

E-Mail Addresses for Permanent Labor Certification Queries to DOL

The DOL has set up different e-mail addresses for different queries as follows:
plc.help@dol.gov: This is e-mail help line for DFLC National HQ office. This email should be used for general or technical questions and not case specific questions.
plc.chicago@dol.gov: This is Chicago PERM National Processing Center e-mail helline . This email should be used for policy and case specific questions to the national field office in Chicago, including withdrawal of online PERM application.
plc.atlanta@dol.gov: The same for Atlanta PERM National Processing Center.
h1b7yr@dal.dflc.us: This e-mail address to obtain the evidence of pending backlog cases for the purpose of 7th year H-1B extension from the Dallas Backlog Processing Center.
h1b7yr@phi.dflc.us: Same for cases pending at the Philadelphia Backlog Processing Center.
