Perition change from L1 Technical to Manegerial

Hi,

I am working in one of the abroad company and just moved to US 4 months back on a long term assignment. I have over a decade experience and currently working in middle management capacity. I do have management education and been working in aborad for long time.

I have currently in Blanket L1 visa but on a Technical stream. Since my role is more of menegeral and executive in nature, is it possible to change the petition to L1- Manegiral stream?

Also what is the roadmap for the GC in my case?

If your position is executive or that sort, you can apply for L1A.
L1A most likely can skip labor process, and in general it is faster than L1B(nowaday, PERM is quite fast, and difference may be only a few months).
But key thing is retrogression. IF you are from India or China, you can not file I485 right now and I can not predict how long it takes to bring your PD current.
May be a year or 2 in the worst case to file I485..
