My I 751 wavier is pending for nearly 2 years and Im able to get I 551 stamps on passport.
Is there any chance for denial of I 751 or N 400, if i apply for citizenship after 5 years as conditional permanent resident?

You can even apply for citizenship using the 3 year rule if your I-751 is pending, as long as your I-751 was filed jointly and you are still living with your US spouse. Your N-400 will force adjudication of your pending I-751.

No, i applied I 751 with wavier after my divorce. So it is 5 yr rule for me. I wonder is there any chances of denial of N 400 & I 751 after 5 years?

That depends. Both I-751 and N-400 can be denied for various reasons. What reasons do you fear will deny your applications?

I wonder about the odds of denial of N 400 because of pending I 751 wavier. I filled I 751 wavier immediately after my divorce. I dont have any other reasons againt approval of N 400 or I 751 such as DUI, any criminal recordes etc.
Its not fear, but I am concerned because my I 751 is not approved and it is pending. I dont know reason for that because the IO did not tell me anything other than he needs some time.
So after 5 years N 400 is based on permanent resident. Isnt it? Or is it based on marriage too?
