pending i 485 and Death of spouse...

hi i have question about if i 485 (GC) is pening and UCS wife has died..what will be the future of husband with pending i 485....its like 8 months after the marriage and 7 months after the pendency of green card...

if a marriage is two years or older, a widow(er) can apply for AOS independently. If not - nothing will happen - there will be no GC. Sorry.
