I'm in the processing of pending approval letter for I-130 I-485 & EAD. However with the strict rules of illegal immigrants in the U.S. ..am I still consider a illegal immigrant? Any opinions to share?

I might not be understanding the question, but as long as you entered legally and you have a pending AOS application you are here legally and are not an illegal immigrant.

To clarify my sitiuation...I entered in the US as a student. I have been in the U.S. for high school and college. However after college my visa had expired. My parents recieved their green card this past year. Since I'm over 21 my lawyer had to reapply for my I-485, I-130 & EAD. My biometrics was already taken 2 months ago. I just hate the situation that I am in especially with all the illegal immigrant laws that are now taken place in the U.S.

So am I legal or illegal?

Something does not make sense in your explanation.
When did your 1st I130 get filed ?
Have you filed I485 before the current I485 ? If so, when ?
When did you reapply for I485 and I130 (how is it possible to file both concurrently when your petitioner is LPR ? Has PD already passed ?)
Are your petitioner(parents) LPR or US citizen ?
When did your visa status get expired ?
How did your parent get GC ? Were you a dependent beneficiary of your parents before your parents got GC ?

Depending on the above, you may not be eligible to AOS at this moment.
you should provide full detail.

Avoid crossing path with law and you should be OK in terms of deportation.

Regarding AOS, as previous responder said, we need more info.
