Pending Decision After Interview

I’m sorry to hear op received the nta notice, but at least it’s a small blessing that his mch is already scheduled. The current political climate is really tough for immigrants, and it’s so unfortunate. Tomorrow, I’ll be keeping my phone close, hoping not to miss a call from USCIS (if there is one). If I don’t hear from them, I’ll go in person the day after tomorrow. I’ll keep everyone posted. May God watch over us all.
Would u know what a master hearing is? i think its just for scheduling the merit hearing?

I think you’re right. A master hearing is usually for scheduling the individual hearing. I haven’t gotten to that point yet, but I’ve heard it’s always best to have a lawyer with you for any hearing. I hope you’ll keep sharing your updates with us. We’ll all be praying for you to win everything you deserve.

i am shattered today but I can build a life anywhere I go. I am not going to pursue it more. I have been in this system for 8 years.

Yes, it sounds so harsh, yet it’s the truth. Discretionary power gives everyone a chance to apply, but it also means they can reject your plead without reason—or even without mercy. After hearing and seeing so many stories like this, you come to understand the full spectrum of life. Only then can you truly learn to pick things up, and let them go. Failure is a part of life. You’ve already come so far; there’s no regret. There’s nothing in this life that can’t be lost. You’ll do just fine wherever you go. Tomorrow is a new day. My friend, I sincerely wish you all the best for the future. Thank you so much for sharing your story with us. It reminds us all that we’re not alone.

all the best to all you folks. lets see how it goes
Bro. You gotta attend to your hearing. You can never know about the outcome. Some judge’s are insanely understanding. Do not give up rn. I beg you. Hire an attorney and fight for your family even though how frustrated you are at the moment!

the irony is uneducated people with below average IQ get to decide your fate after a few months of training and the only qualification being a US citizen…

can someone help me find a lawyer. I talked to one attorney from Chavez and Valko and was told its a lost cause in Dallas circuit. the judges are very strict..
I’m really glad you made the decision to take this step. I haven’t reached the hearing stage myself yet, but I did join the ASAP organization—you might be able to find helpful legal resources through them. What’s most important is finding a lawyer who is responsible, experienced, and who truly understands both your case and the specific situation in your home country. As long as the problem can be solved, the money is secondary.
