as I mentioned in another thread I finished my asylum interview on May 21 in Newark, and now I’m waiting for the results as well. I hope everything goes smoothly for you too, and may all your wishes come true. I’ll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers

the uscis process is a train wreck.. btw my apologies for earlier message about writ of mandamus. my anxiety and health is not on my side and I am just being a jerk overall sometimes!
 
All I see is this status. not sure why the uscis case tracker app has limited information, unlike other people. Do u guys think its NOID? or refferal?

is it just me or it takes 3 mins to load the pages atm?
when it comes to your situation. maybe it's your AO. every office has different way of telling things. is there anyone here got a decision from the Houston Office? maybe they can tell you, you get an approval even though the system says decision mailed and no any updates other than that?

the servers are acting up. the pages are taking forever to load.
as for the issue at hand, i would really appreciate some insight by someone who may have gone through the same ordeal. some key questions that I have are:
1. is it always the case that you see the Fees waived, card being produced for approval cases when decision is mailed?
2. If the case is sent to EOIR, how long would it take for us to be able to see the master hearing information?
3. how long before the I94 would be updated in the CBP portal if approved?
one of many life’s mysteries! it’s like torturing the already vulenerable!

After the got the status update for decision was mailed, he did not get the “fees were waived.” That’s the reason.

I’m sorry to hear op received the nta notice, but at least it’s a small blessing that his mch is already scheduled. The current political climate is really tough for immigrants, and it’s so unfortunate. Tomorrow, I’ll be keeping my phone close, hoping not to miss a call from USCIS (if there is one). If I don’t hear from them, I’ll go in person the day after tomorrow. I’ll keep everyone posted. May God watch over us all.
