Pending Asylum

I do not see why not! I started college while my asylum was pending and I did not have any issues whatsoever.

are you talking about college or above? Yes you can study but you will not get government financial aid.

If you are talking about elementary or secondary education, every child is entitled to attend for free.
 
do you think that one with pending asylum status can work as an intern during his/her study? internship is required by graduate college.
 
For your information, I was approved asylum while under F-1 visa and I have never informed my school about my status's change. I worked 20 hrs a week as usual during 4 months waiting for the decision.

I too I'm working 20 hrs a week (within campus) and I haven't informed anyone about my pending application. I'm on F1. I just pray I get approved just like poorme. [poorme, you should now change your 'name' to 'richme' :)
