** Pending 485 Eb3 Cases Affected By Priority Date Retrogression **

PD for March

Since the PD is moved to 01-Mar-02, is that meaning anybody with the PD in Mar-02 also will get some answer? or only < 01-Mar-02?

Only those cases with PD <= Mar 01, 2002 will be processed. If anybody comes across 485 being approved and having PD > Mar 01, 2002 please update this thread.

My I-485 LUD was recently changed continuously for 3 working days from my I-140 approval LUD and then stopped.Pl. see my signature for my details.
Don't know what does these LUD changes means though my PD > 03/01/02.
Any guess on these LUD changes on my I-485???
I am keeping my fingers crossed :) :)

Wow, u r either lucky or the PD may move past 03/01/02 soon. Good Luck.

you can send mailto: FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov with your first, last names, DOB, Place of Birth, A#, I-485 RD/ND, your mailing address & contact phone#s,etc. with brief write-up about ur FBI Name check status enquiry info.
They will take around 2 months to get back to u. In my case they took around 70 days to reply me back.

Good luck.

u r in same boat as many others...hang in there as PD is now 03/01/02 and u r 06/01/02. Good Luck.

Please see my signature. I received the FP Notice. But, I think TSC won't approve I-485 until my PD becomes current.

I think, there is nothing that stops officers to issue the FP Notices, Name check, etc..It may be automated process...Only thing, the office has to wait for is Visa Number and generally, he/she would request the visa number when PD is current.

Please share your views. Thanks

So looks like the 485 retrogressed application are getting picked up, this may be automated.
But surely feels nice that some progress is getting made on your application.

did anybody hear any fluke, like a retrogressed application got 485 approval. I heard a few during the first week of Jan 2005, but there is an explanation for that, that the official might have got a bulk of Visa numbers for those application during the last week of Dec 2004.

I would like to hear some fluke cases.

Getting FP notice not the same as "485 retrogressed application are getting picked up"....they are independent. FP may proceed but 485 can be stalled

That is what I meant really.
I know technically they are not getting picked up. And as i said it is probably automated.

Hi Gurus,
I am planning to use AC21 to switch job. Currently on EAD affected by Dates Retrogression.....
My GC application processing was done by Company Lawyer.
So now if i want to join another company what all documents are required and procedures need to be done. Please advice.
Listing down some that i know of, please let me know if they are correct also if i have missed any please advice:
1.) File G28 with new atorney.. as now representing my case.
2.) Get a letter from new company mentioning to INS my job description and salary.
3.) Copies of my approved I-140, EAD. and pending I-485.

PLease advice.
