Peaceful Landing at TSC: I-485 Approved for Primary

Hi all,

I am Very Glad to say that This Morning I got 2 emails from CRIS saying that my I-485 application is Approved and I am speechless now :D . Finally all over.

I thank the administrator of this wonderful forum from where I gained knowledge and got nice people to interact. I also thank the members who supported and encouraged in my stressed out time.

I wish everyone in this forum who is waiting will get their approval soon.

I-140 AD: 02/2006
EB-1EA TSC
I-140 AD - 02/2007
I-485: Filing 09/2005
FP1 (code 3): 10/2005
I-485 VSC->NSC 07/2006

Well, we are almost buddies...considering the 485 RD (Sep 05).....and got approved pretty much the same time...Man, I was so glad this long drawn journey was finally over....

I have couple of questions for you and if you could snend me a PM I will appreciate. When you were sending your interfiling requests was it NSC.
Also, what address did you use and what was the content of the letter.

Please “Interlink” (make it bold and center in your cover letter)

Two Approved I-140 Petitions
EB-1a: Receipt#
EB-2 NIW: Receipt#
I-485: Receipt#

Primary and spouse details:

First name
Last name
A#
485 receipt number
date of birth
country of birth

I request you to kindly interlink the approved EB-1a I-140 with I-485 petitions filed with EB-2 NIW in **** to take advantage of the Priority Date.

Please contact me if you need any other information.

hi Magdu,

did you make inter linking request yourself or thr your lawyer. my lawyer has already sent 2 letters. if you made yourself, how many days did you sent letter again. Please reply. i am kind of same situtation.

what interlink means? can u expalain what is that and how do u do it and for what?
