My Fiancee is in pakistan.
PD just got current.Ready to file 485.
She has a visit visa.
1) Can i file my 485 now,get married in august.and then could i file her 485 when she comes on a visit visa.
2)Or i should wait until i get married and then 485 together.
3)Is it neccessary to file b1-h4 change of status and then 485.
4) if i file my 485 , get my parole.can i go to pakistan get married there and then bring her here.

i am really confused please help someone.

Thanks,

The problem is that i do not have a h1 stamp in my passport and my case is quite complicated too,for that reason i do not want to go there until i get my travel docs. If i get my travel docs after filing my 485 and once i use my parole i believe i will lose my h1 status.then i might not be able to apply for h4.
is that right?

Same situation

You should get married anyway. In this case I guess the solution for her come here get married and then leave the country. Once your i-485 get approved your lawyer could prepare the docs for US Embassy in your home country and schedule apointment for an Interview for Immigrant visa.
But the key here is you must be married before your i-485 approved.
Also she won't be able to visit you here until you get approved.

cant she be here and change her status from b1 to h4 and then after h4 gets approved ,apply for 485.
thanks

Bumping the thread every five minutes won't help you.

While having her enter in B-2 status and then switching status to H-4 (or filing the I-485 directly) is technically possible, it's exceedingly unlikely that the POE will let her enter the US.

The best way to go is for you to get married, and then get the visa stamps for your wife and yourself.
