PD current, can I go get 551 stamp in passport? Ginnu,Realcanadian others

My wife was approved under schedule A (before they removed this category) after I-485 interview 8 months back. I was also interviewed but was told my name check was pending and they will approve after it's clear.

I took InfoPass appointment more than 2 months back. They gave me a new letter that now my name check is cleared but since schedule A was removed from visa bulletin my case now falls under EB3. They will approve my case when PD becomes current.

With dates becoming current in July, I am thinking to make InfoPass appt again and reqest them to give me 551 stamp in passport and approve my case. What should I tell officer at the time of InfoPass appt? Should I simply take print out of July bulletin and request for stamp and approval? Please advise.

You can ask to speak to the interviewing officer, and ask them to review the case while the dates are current. Heck, you can ask that they approve the case right away, but your chances of that happenning are somewhere between extremely slim and none.
