can aany one reply me, what if one of the pay stub is missing, can i use the cancelled check from the employer for the interivew, which is not schedule, just kindof worried about that part

Don't your paystubs have a "year to date" total for each category (gross pay, withheld taxes and other deductions)? If so, so long as you have the stubs before and after the missing one it'll be no problem at al.

bank statenment showing direct deposit or check deposied on pay day should be OK

A smile a cancelled check would work just fine. I didnt have a paystub and I showed the interviewing officer a Cancelled check and he was more than ok with it.
