I guess the pattern of last week approvals are based on transfer date to TSC.
Please see the transfer date for some of last week approvals below...

03/07/07 - waitingForGC

dbwr - I guess, you will be the first one getting approval next week...

no approval yet lud 05/08/2007.. i have lost all hopes of getting approved.. looks like post october after another round of retrogression...

Infact what I found that the xfer dates are also related to receive date. July'05 receive date filers were the first one who got xferred to TSC (3/15). then August and then sept october. Pls put your RD also near to xfer date
 
What about ours? When is the possible AD?

PD - 12/03/2003
I-140 - Unsure of AD but definitely before Sept '04
I-485 - RD 09/13/2004
FP 1 - 04/2005
Tfd to TSC on 07/03/07
FP 2 - 05/04/2007

rausnana, your case should already be pending with the IO. I am sure might would have gone for extended review or something
 
Took an info pass on 06/19/2007, to inquire about son's AP and was told by IO that name check everything is cleared for all four (1+3(derivatives)). Applied for AP for 4th time for self and son in Feb'07 thru Vermont online. Photos sent as per request to Vermont on 04/28/07. Got AP approved in 2nd week of May. Son's Ap to be approved but received letter saying transferred to Texas on 06/14/07. Not yet approved.

Thanks for your time compiling the list.

I am not that +ve of my approval in near future becuase I was told that my NC is not cleared yet (yesterday's confirmed with TSC officer). No hopes yet. Also my RD is 6/2005, lof of EB3 applicants pending prior to June 2005, so i am guessing few months needed.

some more data...

you are right, the approvals are based on transfer date and transfer dates were based on 485 receipt dates. PD is only to see if you are eligible for approvals and then the 485 dates takes over....

Here is a spreadsheet I maintained offline to see the pattern. If some one intereseted they can continue this...I didn't think it would be this big, it started as a curiosity but then got bigger and bigger...

This is only for EB3 Cases transfered from VSC to TSC...

What about NIW PD 08/2004. I am seeing several approval in NIW case with PD of 09/2005 from TSC. They bacame current on july 1st as mine. I have not seen any action on my case.

Apka mu me chakar....Felt like i got the GC alllmost...
Last week when i asked they said it is with Officer...Not sure but had Infopass on 20th...hope it will be done before...
 
What abou me? Case tranffered on 3/7/2007. No 2nd FP or Biometrics yet. Opened 2 service requests.
I dont think they are following a particulr pattern.

I guess its transfer dt + received date combination.... Randomness may be due to human elements processing the case.. some IO's may be fast.. while some may be slow....
 
I also think it is transfer date + RD , March 15 TD is reached 2005 mid where as March 7 is still around 2004 Dec or 2005 Jan.
Hopefylly will see some 2005 approvals in coming weeks..

I got 3 LUDS on 7/10,7/11,7/12 with no meesage change,Any idea whats going on?

TSC got all the information about your case and they entered all this info into their system. Now you are in ready to be approved queue I guess. If the visa number is aready allocated you will be approved in next 2 to 3 months.

My 485 RD is 04-22/2006 and mine was also transfered on March-15 and I had LUDs around 06-12-2007 and 6/13 ---6/14... So your RD is two months after mine so we are all in the same boat.
