I have EAD and AP. I am about to travel to Canada for a few days. My passport is only valid til Feb 2005. Will I have a problem returning to US since it is not valid for more than 6 months?
--- I dont know if you have problem or not if I am in your situation I will try to get PP renewed through any Indian consulate and you can get passport next day if you inform then the problem,
why not renew your passport? one can renew passport 1 year or 6 months before the expiry date
