Reading I-485 form, You need to submit passport pages that contains US visas. Some people on this site advised to submit a copy of ALL pages of passport.

Is it ok just to submit copy of pages that contains US visas ONLY ?

Is it a freaking headache to submit all pages or is Kinkos jacking up their rates ??

When you don\'t know a fuck keep your mouth shut !

What the fuck you know why I asked this question ?Whether it is headache or not, it is none of your business, Just answer to the point if you know the answer, if not move to next door !!!!

Shut your piehole

Are you conducting an opinion poll ? You are as likely to find folks submitting all pages as folks submitting non-blank pages. My attorney received all pages from me but she submitted just the non-blank pages to INS. The answer to what you should do is in my first post. :)

Any one knows this please ???????

any one knows this please ????? IS it ok just to send those pages of passport which contains US visa\'s ??????

All pages...

So that it is clear that you did not hold any visa to some other terrorist country (like Libya) . SO you have to give the copy of all pages. I know it is frustrating but please do it and don\'t be petty for a few pages of additional documentation.

No Pages for me

Since I\'ve never obtained a US visa, I didn\'t submit any pages, except the page with my photo and name/info. No problems yet.

One more reason they may want to see all pages is to determine

if you maintained legal status throughout by correlating the entry and exit date(s) with your visa(s).

I submitted all pages in my passport including blank pages.

This is just my thoughts. If some officer wrote something in my passport that I didn\'t want the INS to see it, I can just skip that page and stated that it was just a blank page. Do you think INS buy my theory?

No Title

They want ALL pages to see if there are any notations which u donot want INS to see. SO send ALL the pages.

How about this ?

If you refer the how to file and required evidence and instructions for filling I-485, you will find that it only asks you to send passport pages that contains US visa pages. I am confused. Can any one tell what\'s law rather than what is better./

I\'ve always submitted copies of all pages

I don\'t even know for sure if it\'s required since I\'ve always submitted copies of all pages. It\'s always been easier for me to just submit copies of all pages than is is to worry about if they are required. Even if they are not technically required, it\'s probably a good idea to submit copies of all pages (why not?). Since most people apply with copies of every page, INS may feel that you are trying to hide something if you do not submit copies of every page (the only way INS can be certain that they have copies of every stamp and entry is to get copies of every page).

Why not just copy all pages (whether it is techically required or not) and then you do not have to worry about it?

My lawyer insisted that I send copies of all pages ... so I sent all

I sent copies of old and new passport pages too!!

Jawan The best thing to do

Submit the pages you want to submit. And wait, I guess the way you are asking you dont mind getting a RFE for that. In case you get a RFE then submit the rest... Hope it helps.

I agree with Dont Care (previous poster)

Jawan, you may not like this, but, the concensus here is to submit ALL pages as per advise from their respective lawyers. Apparently, the majority are not concerned about submitting everything and that they would rather avoid potential RFEs or delays.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Why not? It seems silly to risk an RFE to avoid 20 pages of photocopying

All it takes is another 5 minutes at the copier. An RFE will take at least a half hour. The only reason you would really care would be if there was a bad entry on one page that you did not want to submit. Therefore, it seems logical that INS would want all pages to ensure that there was no adverse entry. There also could be lots of stamps that may cause INS to have concern. I think INS may look more closely at a person who\'s passport indicated frequent travel between Lebanon, Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq.

I suppose you could just submit an I-485 and a G-325A and let INS RFE for the rest of what they want but that doesn\'t seem to be the most intelligent way to do things.
