Part Time Job

I got my GC recently. I am working in IT field. I am exploring the possibility to work with HR block or mall on x-mas time as a counterman. Is there any problem in working part tiem in totaly non-related field.

time teaching at local training institute.
Is it ok to do part tiem job (together full time job with sponser, Recently got GC)

I will sure ask my employer ( the manager is Bull..) but I will talk to some one superior and get the permission(may not ne written).

As this income will come in my tax return, subsequesntly for citizenship, the part time job in non-IT field will not create any problem.?
