Hi, I am working part time for a small company. The company is willing to sponsor my green card application, although I have to pay all expense. I am wondering whether the part time job is okay for applying for green card. Thanks.
For applying GC or labor certification, first of all you no need to be present in US at all. Any company can sponser you and you no need to work currently with them to qualify for GC.
