Part-time employment

Folks
I was wondering if it is okay to have part-time employment in addition to your regular full time job. Assuming of course, that I am using ead at both places.
How is it looked at when the interview comes.
Does anyone or anyone you know have any experience with this.

There are absolutely no problems with doing a part time jobs. You don't need to tell them in the interview that you are doing a part time job, unles they ask you specifically. It is perfectly legal for us to do any part time job using the EAD.

Can we do a part time job with EAD while continuing the full time job with H1?

No. Using the EAD for someone other than your H1 sponsor is a violation of your H1 status, so once you take a second job your H1 is toast.

You can not use both H1 and EAD simultaneously. The moment you use EAD for a part time job, then your H1 become invalid. Your employer has to change his records to show that you are working on EAD (by updating Form-9 or something like that).
