Part time contracting

Is there any restriction on when any one can start working on part time contarct after getting the GC, in addition to his normal job through his sponsoring company?

I assume the answer is anytime and there should not be any restriction, as the person already is maintaining his regular job.

Please share if you have any views on this.

No issue from the GC perspective. However the employee should just make sure he/she does not violate his/her non-compete (if it exists) with the original employer.

Provided the non-compete is actually valid. Most aren't worth the paper they're printed on.

U can do what ever u want, as many job u can , can even work for 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.......untill u drop.....If you u do not have any contract with your current employer! Which is applied to everyone in The USA..
