Currently I am in 'Parole' status. However I have an unexpired H1 status with my current employer. I haven's activated my EAD card yet. I plan to extend my H1 status. When should I file an application to extend my H1? My H1 expiration date is 05/2007, while I came back after using AP, I got a new I-94 which read as "Paroled until 04/2007". And, which form I should use I-129H or I-539?? Thanks for your help! Srr4.
