Parents' LastName different in BirthCertificate Vs All Other Documents

First of all , I appreciate the efforts of Sm1sMom, Susi and Britsimon that have been so much helpful to each of us here.
Qn:
I am a principal applicant for DV AOS2021. In my wife's birth certificate, the last name of parents have one additional character than those of other documents:
Parent's last Name: Pokharel (in Birth Certificate only)
Parent's Last Name: Pokhrel (in Passport and all other documents)
I have used Pokhrel in all AOS forms.

Do you think this would be an issue? Any suggestions?

I have another follow up question....
Since her birth certificate is in dual language (English and Native), should it be translated to English? If required, should I use the correct Last Name (as in other documents) while translating or have the same as it is in birth certificate?

would be safer to translate anyway. The translation must be faithful to the document so it should include the spelling on that document.
