Overstaying F-1 visa

Really? Will the I9 be a problem when she apply for citizenship?

Evidently you didn't read this thread. The I-9 is not a problem in the western district(california) because of a technicality of how they word the document. In the old I-9 forms there used to be a box which said to check whether you were a citizen *or* national of the US. I'm not sure which federal district your interview will be in but you need to research on this carefully and speak with a professional.

Thanks for saying that, I didn't know and was almost going to do it. Does she stand any chance at all of becoming a citizen? I want to claim to be citizen at the school I'm going to attend. The school doesn't require I9 or any paperwork. Do you think USCIS will not know that I falsely claimed when I apply for citizenship in the future?

There is something extremely wrong with your posting. You want to claim to be a US citizen to attend college, which in itself it is illegal and will create a huge explosion in your pants in the near future. False claim to US citizen creates a permanent disbarment to any immigration benefits, plus it creates a lifetime ban to ever set your foot in the shores of these United States. I can assure you one thing, if you think that USCIS won't find out about your claim of being a US citizen, you have something coming at you. Why don't you wait for your immigration paperwork to be sorted out, as opposed to try to get a cheap benefit which is going to turn into a nightmare for a lifetime? I will echo what other forum members have said, just don't act like a fool...:(

LOL. That question was from 4 months AGO. Someone already answered it and I got it clear 4 months AGO. You guys don't have to dig up old topics to answer. Mmm thanks but no thanks. By now I start to become familiar with the way Al Southner gets things flare up and writes in an offensive way. So I'm not offended at all but I really wonder if he/she is Nancy Grace or related to this woman by any chance? :)

Here's the update, if any of you cares: Of course I did claim to be US citizen, which resulted in the death of thousands of people and totally destroyed my future, my house, and my family. USCIS put me in jail, then I got deported back to North Korea and am working on atomic bomb. This will have serious consequences on humankind. I can't help but being amazed by the extremely disastrous consequences of my immoral action and my insanity. I'll accidentally write my name in a historical catastrophe, but what's done is done, it's been 4 months, I'm in North Korea now and been having nightmare every single night :)

Jack is the source of all these problems and the reopening old threads...:)

How is dear leader doing? Is he still wearing high heels? I am glad you have your immigration stuff sorted out, but don't claim to be a US citizen ever, it will create problems for you...

Who the hell is Nancy Grace?????

Jack,

Isn't this woman who is on some CNN channel just screwing people with her legal theories? If F1 compares my posting to this woman, he's in a bad mental shape and would wish the spouse to thread carefully around him...lol!!! . I am much more conservative when dealing with USCIS, because I has seen and read of cases where people took for granted small matter, which came to become a complicated issues and their destruction.

Nancy Grace is someone who shouldn't be on TV at all, but America loves a nice gossipy crappy story, and the talking head offering nonsense theories. Fortunately, I don't watch too much TV, especially cable TV. Just give me Jerry Seinfeld reruns or Boston Legal...."I am aroused"..Danny Crane... Plus the notion of having FIOS TV with 800 channel is awful, I rarely watch more than 5 channel in a day, it is excess without any restraint...
