Overstayed for 15 days before filing I-485

Experts please help....

6 years on my H1-B and I-94 expired on Feb 1, 2002.
My I-140 was approved on Feb 9, 2002
I filed for AOS, EAD and AP on Feb 15. (EB2, CSC)

So I was out of status for 15 days before I filed for 485. How will it affect my processing? Anyone else in the same boat?

Most probably this will come up if your case is transferred to the local INS office for want of some document. 15 days is no problem. Generally you have 10 days before you can go home after expiry of a visa. You got your I140 approval before 10 days.
