over two months since AP application sent.. no reply yet! (VERMONT)

Received date of AP 15 May. Still not approved (Vermont), even though right now they are processing AP's with recd date of 11 June. Whats going on! I thought it would not take so long. my notice said it will be cleared in 30 to 60 days.. even that is over now.

Your I131 APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT was received on May 19, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
 
If you are concurrent filer you may have to wait.
If it is first AP or AP renewal based on approved I-140 you should speak to NCSC, keep your receipt EAC#.. And A # it is on your I-485 filing receipt) they will ask for it
Currently VSC is processing cases received before 06/11/03
 
I am a concurrent filer. I called the NCSC after the 60 days were up. They said that they will send a case report to see the status of our case(they also said that this report wont affect the AP process). But the report will be done after 30 days.
 
My RD for AP is may 07, and I know there are people whoes RD is Jan 03 and December 02.
I tried calling NCSC and they just said that it is taking a year for them to approve this type of case. NCSC sucks big time, if you are in VSC, you can email them and they will get back to you

------ guju :please don’t post wrong info if you cant provide the email of VSC, where did you read that VSC has email and they reply to your email? VSC has no email where one can communicate with them. I hope you may be the only special candidate so VSC may have provided you the email ID
