Hi, I've been searching the boards and seen some conflicting answers to my question. THANKS for your help in advance:

Backstory:
-I came here on a F1 visa that expired 5 yrs ago.
-I went to college, got my degree and overstayed.
-I got work authorization for a yr and it expired too.
-I have worked in the past, not currently working.
-My I-94 says D/S
-Dated for 5 yrs and got married to a USC in September.
-Want to apply for AOS and EAD (GC).

Question:
Should I mail in all my applications together (i485, i130, i864, i693, i765, g325a's)?

I ask because I read a post by someone who got denied a i485 (AOS) because they didn't wait until their visa number became available?

Thanks again.

That's because they were filing on a basis other than marriage to a USC. That won't be an issue for you, because visa numbers are always immediately available to people filing as spouses of USC.
