My OPT expires on June 16 2005 and I wanted to know if I could apply for the quota that will start next year in april.

Careful, Act urgently

There is no April 2005 quota.
Y 2005 quota starts Oct 2004 which is almost getting filled.

You must start applying your H1b in premium process right away and mentioning your start date is x/xx/2005 (That is after your opt is expires).

If you wait even a month you will miss 2005 quota.

hello all,
I meant my OPT expires in june 13th 2005 so can I apply for 2006 quota as i have a chance to apply in April 2005 when the quota begins.
Please lemme know ASAP.
