OPT paystub while on H1B

Hi,

I am new in this site. This question is regarding my friend. She is graduated last may and applied for H1. Her H1 started from Oct 1, 2007. From May to Oct, she was on OPT. Now she is on H1 but still got paystub same as OPT. She wants to change her company now. Please help her how can she change her company.

Its really emergency Please reply ASAP.

She needs paystubs after she becames H1 status(10/1~). If she could not provide it, she might be luckly to get H1 transfer in the US, or she'll get H1 approval without I-94 which requires her to travel and get H1 stamp. It's on CIS's discretion.

Please explain that with 1000 or lower paystub, how can she transfer her h1 to another company? Which documents she requires? I will appreciate your help.
