Hi All Concurrent fillers,
please post details on
MD
RD
PD
FP.

I have mailed my application on 08/15/2002
but i have not recived any document from INS,
also my check is not cashed.
i am a little bit concerned , because i saw some people
mailed along with me have recived RD and PD ande FP notification.

so just to check if anybody out there in similar situation as i am in .

Please post your details and suggestions.

Hi

My attorney applied for I485/EAD/AP on 6th of september. I'll post more information soon.

I didn't get approval for I140(ND-4/18/02).

No news about the receipt of the application. I am concerned as it has been a month already.

concurrent filing

My attorney filed for I485/EAD/AP in the second week of september. So far i have not received any details. I'll keep updating the latest soon.

And no news on My I140 (ND 18th April 02).

Question regarding approval if filed concurrently

Is it true that I-140 will not be approved until I-485 is "ruled upon" (adjudicated) for concurrent filers? Would that mean we will have to wait a looooooooong time for our I-140 to be approved? Hope not. :(

Anybody got I-140 approval after filing for I-485 with I-140 receipt?

to concurrent or not

Hello all-
I just got my LC approved last week- and am working on I-140 and I-485.
Can someone please advise the pros and cons of filing I-140 and I-485 concurrently?
Or else- what is the other advisable option- file I-485 after getting the receipt confirmation of I-140.
Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't read any cons to filing concurrently up until now. Talk to your lawyer and file concurrently, if you can.

Can U please tell me for your 485/AP/EAD check cashed date. I just want to see when I am going to get the reciept. Mine, Reciept date by INS is 10/02/02
 
Received EAD card in mail.

I received my EAD card in mail today (Oct 12) and INS website told me on Oct 8 that it has been approved.
