Only EAD Oct, Nov and Dec Filers.

EAD approved. Card not received yet.

Hi,

My RD is Nov 23rd and ND Dec 12nd. My EAD got approved on 7th of Jan. I did not receive my card yet. Also, my spouse\'s EAD is not approved yet. The APs are not approved yet. Anybody in the same boat? I spoke to IIO about the address. Seems to be OK. Any idea why the card is getting delayed?

Do you receive approval notice too in addtion to the EAD CARD

ead aprroved for both me and my spouse on jan18
md is 18 dec
rd is 26 dec
nd is 04 jan
ead approved on 18 jan
 
I did not receive the approval notice - went to the corporate attorney I guess..

but as long as I got the card I did not care. Same for AP - I just got the AP approved.
 
EAD related .

Hello ,
After getting EAD, can one become self employed , based on the EAD.
My 485 is pending and we got EAD.
Can my spouse start working with out another sponsor , on the EAD she got through my employer.
Your view on this will be highly apprecaited.

ND 12/11/01 Received EAD but not AP

Hi,

Do you know whether there is any delay in AP? I got my EAD, and heard that usually they send both EAD and AP together.

That\'s strange!!

Usually EAD comes first, then EAD&AP........... which category you are?
