Hi folks,

Question 1: What is the effect if one leaves Campany A using AC21 and did not find a simmilar job for 22 months ?

Question 2: What if one gets "simmilar job" after 22 months and submit AC21 cover letter along with documents ( Current job letter + 6 months pay stubs ) as required by RFE ?

--------------why the person should leave A if no job??? what do you mean by"using AC21" you use AC21 only if you have same/similar permanent job offer from new employer.

The working conditions with Company A were impossible, I had no choice to leave.

At the time I left Company A, I had a valid job offer from Company B but no timeframe of hiring. Company A was about to expand and said as soon as they start their new wing, will hire me.

On June 2005, They hired me and I am currently working there.

I did couple of odd jobs during this time.

What do you think this situation ?
