Hi,
I have Green Card. Short story about myself.
(I came to USA in 1999 on f1. In 2002, I got married to USC and got Green card in 2004 thorough my USC wife. In 2006 I divorced my USC wife. )

I am planning to get married again. The women I am going to get married is on H1-B. She is already in USA.
My question is -- Will I be able to sponsor my fiance any time.

Will I be able to sponsor my fiance with my Green card?

I think I will be eligible to get US citizenship (hope so) in 2009. Will I be able to sponsor my wife Green card atleast after getting my Citizenship(Considering my green card was through marriage to USC)??

I know this is not a big issue (relatively, when compared to lot of you guys) but still thought of bothering you guys.

Thank you

No. You'll be able to sponsor your wife, once you get married. But even then it'll take five years before her priority date becomes current.

Yes.

and you cannot file I-130 until (I think) 5 years have passed since you have earned a GC through a marriage to a USC. So, wait for your citizenship, and then apply for your wife or fiance.

You either have to wait for 5 years from when you became a permanent resident, or if you can establish by clear and convincing evidence that the prior marriage through which you gained your immigrant status was not entered into for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws (quoted from I-130 instructions), then you can file for her earlier. In your present situation, if you plan on becoming a citizen, it probably makes sense to wait.
