OMG!!! MY TRAVEL DOC Arrived!!!

Well, they've done it. I got my RP on 6 June. Issued 30 May 2008-30 May 2009! Not fair. I haven't been out of the country for 4 out of the last 5 years like it says in the instructions, AND I've never held a re-entry permit before! Is there anything I can do to get them to make it for 2 years???

By the way, my current RTD, which I was allowed to keep, is valid until 20 June, 2008.

Yeah, but they JACKED me by only issuing it for 1 year for no reason. I have to write them a letter. I don't know if it'll work, but I have to do something. Otherwise, I'm out another $385 in a year...

i applied in mid august when did you apply for yours

Priority date was August 8, but I asked for it to be expedited in April.
