did you got new I-94 at POE till your H1 visa stamp???techhy101 said:Hi,

Yes, I got a new I-94 till the H1 visa stamp.
you have old I-94 AND you got the New I-94 at POE that is valid till your H1 status. dont do anything with old I-94techhy101 said:Yes, I got a new I-94 till the H1 visa stamp.
Next time you go out of US you can surrender ALL the I-94 stapled at airline counter
