Old F2B now GC through H4

Hi,

My parents had filed my F2B in 2003 and now I am applying for GC through H1B of my husband.
Will it in anyway delay his GC processing?
Will it be of any advantage, if he adds me after his labour clearance is done?

(I know he can add me at I-140 stage, but do he have to declare while filling for Labor about my F2B?)

Please let me know.
Your advice is going to he enormously helpful.

No. There is no need to mention you (or your FB2) process at this point in time.
