okay to divorce and remarry

My positive experience, highly advised by my lawyer is a success! No futhure action was ever taken by uscis regarding my 485 denial notice. And now I am remarried! Thanks to the USCIS for being soooo understanding. It's a great system to deal with.

Not to deflate your celebration, but has USCIS started processing your new I-485 for your second marriage?

Not yet. And my last 485 interview I had to cancel. then I divoriced. So I am really excited to get the process going and get the eAD and greencard.. My lawyer said there will be no problem at all!! And my lawyer will go with me to the interveiw and handle all paperwork. It couldn't be easier because the USCIS is very understand regarding divorce.
