How do you know when your case is sent to Regional Office, my case is similar to yours, and my attorney just sent the recruitment summary to state office, and how do I know when they will forward my case to Chicago Federal Office.

Labor dept receipt confirmation number

I asked my attorney about a receipt from state labor dept. He said their office received a receipt saying that the application was received on 07/18/03. The confirmation number is five digits starting with 13***. Is this a valid receipt number? Will the receipt number be alphanumeric?

Please let me know...I just want to make sure my application was really filed on that day...
