Ohio SESA Tracker

Hi kevin or kumar,

Mine was filed on 3rd oct 2002. I still could not get any updates on my case, from OHIO SESA. Did you guys get an acknowledgement letter from Ohio SESA ?

I never got one. This makes me, feel so worried, that my petition might not have received by SESA.

Is NOT sending a receipt notice very common ?

Ohio does issue reciept notice when they recieve it. I filed in Nov 2002 and I got reciept notice after 2 weeks. Check with your attorney for the same.

pre900 - I suggest you contact your lawyer ASAP....
mine was filed on Jan 17, 2003 and my lawyer got an acknowledgement on Feb 4, 2003...from OH Sesa ...which he forwarded to me (for my records).

Hi..

I was waiting to hear something from my lawyer. Finally I called him one week before and was told that they had query on wage reguirements. The reply has been sent to Labor Department. Now hoping that it gets transfer to the Regional. So far haven't heard any confirmation.

Mine was in 1st week of October.

I hope this will be helpful.

ohio is still last week of oct
it will move to nov next week or late this week

slow down due to increase in unemployment numbers

RIR Category - State Labour filed on OH-SESA in Apr2003. No receipt yet?

Has any one got any receipt/acknowledgement from OH -SESA during the same time period ? please reply..

file sent end may'2003 in RIR. receipt notice received in June'15th.
Better call them up enquire.

I checked the ohio dol web site and it's not updated yet. Can you tell us how you are able to find out the current processing times.

Mine is 11/07/2002...eagerly waiting.

my lawyer had called up ohio sesa

for number see my previous post

looks like thay are just browsing through nov
they have not started processing any yet

looks like it might be real slow for quite some time to come

they may just stop processing for a couple of months

u might want to ask ur lawyer to give them a call and see whats going on
