sh_gcp did you get receipt from SESA at all when you had applied.

No Initially I did not get. I had to pursue with my lawyer and ask to them to get one.

my date with the state is 1/17/03 (rir)...currently they r processing oct 2002..considering that they move a month at a time...my turn should be in about three months....fingers crossed..

come on people...post messages...

My PD was 03/26/2002, got a NOF about prevaling wage and restrictive requirements in May. I changed my attorney, and he already submitted the results, no news so far.
 
ok_LA - Yes, I am in software....with a small company....

Yuren - I was hearing about a lot of NOF's in CA and some other states...but didn't hear such stuff in OH....please do keep us posted....

Anyone else? Any approvals?
